Salventbit gives a synopsis of our revised privacy policy, which goes into effect on January 1st, 2023. It applies to every Salventbit website that connects here and all of the items and services available on these websites. The complete policy is the legal instrument and follows the same format as this overview.
Salventbit has never sold any information to a third party for advertising, monetary gain, or to display other people’s adverts and promotions, and we will never do so in the future. These have been our strategy and dedication for almost many years, and we remain committed to them. This policy describes what information we gather from you, how we use it, who has access to it, and what you can do about it.
We only gather the information that is necessary for us to deliver the services to you. Some of that is information you deliberately provide us when you contact us via e-mail, contact forms, or lead-generating forms to enquire about our services or purchase anything from us. We save your name, contact information (phone, social accounts, address, etc.), and project-specific information.
When you visit our websites and use one of our services, we automatically log some basic information like how you arrived at this site, where you traveled within it, your location, and the features information you use during settings. Your information is used for the quality of our website and the service for better assistance.

If you enquire about service through any program or reselling partner or sign into one of our products using an authentication services provider such as LinkedIn, Google, or Facebook we will get your contact information. We keep the data for as long as you utilize Salventbit services. We may maintain the data backup if you desire a specified amount of time after you end your contract; otherwise, we will remove your data from our development and backup servers with your approval.
If you stay in Indian Economic Area and think someone has entrusted your information to us for the process (Like your employee, employer, or a firm whose services you), you have the right to request that we take specific measures concerning your data. To exercise these data rights then should contact a person or a firm that entrusted us with the data, and we will work with them to fulfill your request.

iii. When you acquire or sign a contract to purchase any of our services, we ask for your name, contact information, personal data, project-related information, social media profile links, and time zone. We save all the data in our secure project management software (ERP).
iv. Payment processing: – When you acquire or purchase any of our services, we require your name, contact information, and a credit card or PayPal information. We NEVER STORE any of your payment information, including your credit card, bank account, PayPal information, or any other method by which is choose to make a purchase. All payments is been handled on our Payment Gateway Service Providers’ secure servers.
v. Testimonials: – We may include your name and other personal information in testimonials about our products and services that you permit us to post on websites. Before we submit the testimonial, you will have the option to check and approve it. You may contact us using the form you want to amend or delete your testimonial.
vi. Interactions with Salventbit: – To improve our interactions with you and other customers, we may record, analyze, and use your interactions with us, including email, phone, and chat conversations with our sales, project management, account management, and customer support professionals.

When you visit a website information collected is provided by you on web browsers, mobile devices, and servers, such as internet protocol address, browser type, language preference, time zone, referring URL, date, time access, operating system, mobile device manufacturer, mobile network information, and geographic location. ii. First-party cookies and tracking technologies: – We use temporary and persistent cookies to identify users of our services and to improve the user experience. Legal processing bases applicable to Salventbit: – If you are an individual from the Indian Economic Area (IEA), our legal basis for information collection and use determine by the type of personal information involved and the circumstances in which collected. The data collection and processing operation is on the contractual need of one or more legitimate interests of Salventbit or a third party which is outweighed by your data protection rights or your permission. We may be legally obligated to gather your information at times or require your personal information to safeguard your vital interests or the vital interests of another person.

Employees and independent vendors: Employees and independent vendors of all Salvenbit group businesses have need-to-know access to the information described. For personal information we disclose with them, we require all Salvenbit group organizations’ employees and independent vendors to observe our Privacy Policy.
If you live in the India Economic Area (IEA), you have the following rights regarding the information Salvenbit has on file. Salvenbit promises to provide you with the same privileges no matter where you reside.

We understand that you control your service data. We provide you total control over your service data by allowing you to view it, (ii) share it via supported third-party integrations, and (iii) request export or deletion of your service data.
When you supply us with instructions during the different stages of our services or project development we process your service data.
Third-party sub-processors and the Salventbit group: The contractual entity for whom you intend to obtain third-party services will offer services and technical assistance during the development
Employees and independent vendors: We may provide access to your service data to our employees and individuals who are independent contractors of Salventbit group entities involved in providing the services (collectively, our “employees”) so that they can identify, analyze, and resolve errors, and (ii) manually verify emails reported as spam to improve spam detection. We ensure that access to your service data by an employee is restricted to specific individuals and is logged and audited. Our personnel will also have access to data you knowingly supply with us for project development, technical assistance, or import data for project development testing purposes. Our privacy and security policies are communicated to our staff and we closely implement privacy measures inside the Salventbit group.
Third-party integrations you have enabled: If you permit any third-party integrations with your project, you may provide third-party access to your service information for personal information about yourself. We recommend that you study the privacy policies of third-party services and products before enabling integrations with them.
Other cases: Part III describes other instances in which we may disclose information that is similar to the material contained in Parts I and II.
We save the data in your account for as long as you use Salventbit Services. When your contract with Salventbit expires project will be done and delivered, and your database will be maintained. In a secure environment for backup and repository purposes only. As a client, your personal and service data information will save in our ERP for future reference and accounting purposes.
If you are a resident of the Indian Economic Area and think that we have stored, used, or processed your information on behalf of one of our clients, please contact customer service if you want to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, or export your personal data. We will assist our client by replying to your request within a fair timeframe.
Individuals under the age of 16 are not eligible for our services. Salventbit does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of sixteen. If we learn that a child under the age of 16 has supplied us with personal information, we will take measures to erase it. If you suspect a kid under the age of 16 has to supply us with personal information, please contact us using this form and we will take the appropriate actions to erase the information we have on file for that child.
How safe is your personal information?
We have taken many efforts to put all suitable efforts into administrative, technological, and physical protections to protect the information you give us against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. If you have any concerns about the security of your data, we invite you to review our Security Policy or contact us using this form.
Locations and international transfers
We share your personal information and service data within the Salventbit Group. By accessing or using our products and services or otherwise providing personal information or service data to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of your personal information or Service Data within the United States of America, the European Economic Area (EEA) and other countries where Salventbit operates. Such transfer is subject to a group company agreement based on EU Commission’s Model Contractual Clauses.
Some web browsers have ‘Do Not Track’ (DNT) capabilities activated, which send a signal (called the DNT signal) to the website you visit indicating that you do not want to be monitored. There is currently no standard that specifies what websites may or should do when these signals are received. For the time being, we are not acting in response to these indications.
Some of our websites may contain links to websites that are not associated with our Privacy Policy. If you provide personal information to any of these third-party sites, your information is subject to their privacy rules. As a precaution, we urge that you do not share any of your personal information with these third parties unless you have reviewed their privacy policies and are confident with their privacy practices.

The terms and conditions and transactions envisaged by this document shall be governed by and construed and interpreted by, the laws of the state of Gujarat, India, without regard to its choice-of-law principles. Any agreement concluded with Salventbit and its subsidiary or parent company/companies shall not be subject to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any legal or equitable action arising out of or connected to these Terms or the Manual shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Salventbit wants to support the client as much as possible. We also offer a courteous cancellation policy. As a merchant, we offer a service in the form of services. As a result, our offering is not a physical item that can be returned for a refund. It may be utilized in the right way. There is no need to return it.
• Salventbit executes all initiatives under the scope of Milestones, which govern the project’s path/road map.
• All Web Design/ Development/ Applications are carried out and accepted after analysis and the creation of a comprehensive scope of documents to ensure that the team has completed and understood the work that has to do by eliminating the possibility of a project cancellation/reversal/dispute.
• Because Salventbit and the Clientele understand that there is effort involved in attaining each milestone of the project and completing each module, reimbursement for work already accomplished is not feasible.
• Salventbit ensures that in the event of a mutual project termination, the client retains ownership of all work completed to the point, and the money paid for future development is refunded.
• Salventbit also supports a client’s option to collaborate with a new supplier within 48 hours of the project’s start. In that case, Salventbit will return the cash already paid for the project.
• Cancelling is not accepted for the service provided through the Salventbit marketing team on special occasions. Because these are limited-time specials, cancellations are not permitted.
• Development Services and Consulting – If you choose T&M (Time & Material) or Hire Dedicated Developer services, they are non-refundable.
The Cancel requests have to submit to the Salventbit Project Management Office (PMO). You can send your cancellation requests by email. Unless and until you obtain confirmation from our Project Management Office, your request will be considered invalid.
• We need at least two weeks to complete your cancellation request.
• A project is canceled depending on the service level of the agreement you committed to when we started the project.
• Once a project has launched for testing, you cannot cancel it.
• If we mutually decide to discontinue a project, you must pay for all the efforts spent on the project up to the date.
• If a client doesn’t pay the amount, you won’t be able to receive the source code, design, or any details regarding the project.
We are in the service industry that doesn’t have concrete products which can provide. As a result, there is no possibility of any item going lost or being misplaced. Our deliverables include design files, software code, and built applications. These deliverables are sent to you as electronic files via our collaboration platform or email. Following that, you must store a copy of the provided electronic files on your server or any storage medium. Salventbit can re-deliver electronic files to you for up to 30 days from the delivery date; after that, Salventbit is not responsible.
